The systems are very well defined. The Seniors follow the system themselves very well. Technical achievements are focused on. Highly proffesional atmosphere perfect for the people who wants their career to have a great graph.

Dislikes

Flexi times shall be taken up. Holidays should be revised. Salary scales revision required.

MEP department is good to learn the design. Very good platform for beginners.

Dislikes

Project manager are not supportive while MEP head is supportive. Some PM's don't think about team while giving dates.

Work satisfaction - Poor
