Worst Management I've seen in my career. There is no work life balance. There is no work culture. QC department is worst. There is one Manager named shanmugam who is a prevert he misbehaves with female staffs frequently but no action is taken againt him. Becase he has the support of plant head Balu. Both of them are culprits.
