Hi, Thank you for the review, Just a little correction on your Strict Leave Policy comment: I believe there is a difference between Leaves & Absents. Unplanned leaves are granted even informed hours later OR even until the evening. If someone is absent (never informed) must be dealt accordingly. We had a very negligible ratio of absents, not even .01%. Everyone is having 12 paid leaves every year in addition to the holidays (approx 15-16) every year as well as alongwith weekends off (Saturday & Sunday). Employee's met with any unfortunate incidence like bereavement in the family, accidents OR sever illness are granted 5-7 paid days leave. Employee's getting married are given 7 days paid leaves. I am unable to understand what else is required in the terms of paid leaves? I hope you were not expecting paid leaves for cough & sneezing once or twice a week.
