Company Paying scale, increment process is good. being German Company policies are good, But where Indians are involved it becomes good for seleted people.

Dislikes

Some of people from head office treat site people like their slave... Specially Mr. Raza Basha, RK Jain, Rashi Jaiswal, Prachi Khanna, Ansari, These people are corporate goon harashing the juniors and site members at their will.
