Work environment is fine. There is nothing better to say.

Dislikes

No promotions / proper appraisal process for the last 8 years. Need to be pet of HOD for the increments/appraisals and promotions. Hard work doesn't pay off here. Need to work 7 days a week and still there wont be any employee benefits.
