Good company policy, value. good work life balance. Good learning for freshers.

Dislikes

Do Not following equal opportunity for grow in some store. Now a days in Tata Retail store Manger not follow work ethics and value of company for his own igo and his own self respect. Some store Manger miss use his authority power for his job security and his own mistake hideing.
