Where do i start. This company is based on lies. They are going to tell you things while hiring which won't happen ever. Its not like it didn't happened with you, the more time you spend the more you know how they fooled their former employees and clients. They will delay your salary for 2 3 months then ask you to co operate with them which you will because you don't have any choice. Work environment is awful and unprofessional , they keep debating on spiritual and political topics and disturb other employees too. You don't get leave, resources or anything. They expect you to bring your own laptopand if you can't then work like an mnc employees on a pc with 2gb ram and finish the work on time. Theres no way you can work on time with these awful pc then you are forced to do overtime and yes they wont pay you extra. Who am i kidding it will be a miracle if you get your salary on time, extra is out of question. Asking for salary leads to firing of the employees. They change whole staff in 6 months so they don't need to give a raise. Its outright funny when they call a meeting for the idea on how they can con the students who are looking for internship. They cheat their clients by taking the money and not investing it back. I can go on and on about this pathetic workplace but i think you got an idea.
