Job security is nothing,work culture is very poor,management is very worst, company policy is nothing.

Dislikes

It is very poor management, not interest in safety culture, not provide the facilities to all staff. I have no option to join in other company because of covid-19 in india.only nepotism are beneficiary for all facilities.

Job is very interesting. I have struggled from the date of joining to yet now. I learnt everything on the job.
