travel policy and compensation is poor, no work-life balance,never ever heard a word about personality development training, company is a one man army .. everything decision taken by single person, just for simple thing need Executive directors approval

i am in sales and marketing , managing dealers, it is kind of a challenging job, requires lots of travelling , staying away from family
