If its closer to our ""niche"" of Test & Measurement and especially in the domains where we already play (semi, medical & transportation), it' wil be helpful for us to validate our innovative ideas as quickly as possible with our existing customers. For skill development, we have ELDP for SPEs, ALDP for Leads and MDP for managers. We have SPE Technical Enhancement programs to enhance technical abilities of our SPEs and more tech focused programs on the way to develop technical skills. Technical communities also help with skill development for our people. About Project constraints & Prioritization, our commitments to customers are paramount and hence prioritized. Nevertheless, we encourage people to think creatively that allows them to make time to go beyond just our project commitments. We now have our 3 year strategic priorities setup and hence our ability to align individual career goals with company objectives has been made possible. We are at the starting stages of such alignment and we are confident to bring this alignment for every Soliton. Regarding planning and workload distribution, we are embracing agile and uncovering better ways of working in agile mode. We focus on nurturing a work environment where productivity thrives without compromising well-being. We had conducted companywide surveys which indicates that there is an improved work life balance. We continue to offer maximum flexibility for our people to define their work schedule and workstyle along with their teams and customers.
