Solitaire Valley is a Nightmare workplace. There is zero job security, with sudden termination and no prior notice. The working culture is suffocating, with constant surveillance and reporting. Avoid this company for your mental health and career. I dont why Log itne darpok hai. Apki skills and sb zero hojyega fir apko torcher kiya jayega and then apke pass koii option nhi hoga whi work krne ke alawa so better to avoid these type of company who support inhuman work culture...Read More

Everything is bad! Pathetic and Inhuman Management and working culture.

Dislikes

I had a terrible experience working in Solitaire Valley ( Innovators Digital ads Pvt Ltd. ) . The lack of job security is shocking: they can terminate you without any prior intimation. The working culture is worst i have ever encountered, even in a city like Noida, you have to note down and report every min of your work. The HR policies and leave policies are pathetic. Avoid this company at all cost if you value your sanity, your life and your career growth. Cherry on the cake is management focus is to cutting the salary, you will get nothing if you give your 100% also.
