There were no promotional activities like no advertisement in newspaper. He asked me to hire tele caller and received many candidates for it but he did not hire any. I have given online source to get the data for tele calling but he did not purchase it. He was giving salary after 10th of every month which he did not informed be. Hededucted the 2000/- every month when asked for clarification he did not revert. The owner Mr. Rameshbhai is very rude in talking. No offer letter was provided. no information for incentive or paid leaves information was provided. Even he asked me to do expense upto 10000/- for office but he did not give me advance for it. What ever I spent for office I have not received that also. Even he has deducted more than 25% salaries of previous employees. Not at all good place to work....Read More

The work culture in the retail store is a whole different experience than any MNC for what any person applying to the job would think as being associated with Asian paints. The worst point is there is no employee benefits from the company even for the holidays. one has to struggle for there weekly holidays and there is no peace of mind as in a retail store there . Involvement of manger is lesser then expected and a hope for promotion is hardly visible. one must come prepared here that if unheard in the policies or the interview or the training, that one has to perform on target based areas please know if no target achieved ,the possibility of losing your job is in the list. it is the most insecure job.May be in the HO front it might be a different case....Read More
