Armed with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Chandigarh University, Akshay embarked on a journey grounded in a careful observation of a noticeable gap in the market. His period at an ed-tech company in Chandigarh exposed him to the challenges faced by sales professionals who need comprehensive training and effective strategies. This revelation activated his two-year research expedition, leading him to Bangalore, an education and technology hub.


During his exploration, Akshay delved into multiple education and technology companies, gathering insights that would shape the future of Skill Xperts Academy. Despite being hired by various companies, his findings stressed a significant void where salespersons needed more professional training for success in their roles.


Skill Xperts Academy, born from this visionary perspective, became a collaborative effort between Akshay Sharma, Gagandeep Singh, and Ramneek Singh. Their collective goal was to bridge the gap by crafting a specialised program that equipped individuals with comprehensive skills and strategies crucial for success in sales.


Since its inception, Skill Xperts Academy has transformed the lives of more than 136 individuals and continues on a growth trajectory. Akshay Sharma's commitment to quality education is evident in his role as the Director of Operations, overseeing every facet of the online learning platform. From ensuring the quality and effectiveness of courses to managing the budget, resources, and partnerships, Akshay's influence permeates every aspect of the organisation.
