Nothing, office too is not owned by the company

Dislikes

micromanagement, exploitation of hr policy ( rules don't apply to management), no overtime pay, mangent expects to work on weekends from home, alternate Saturdays off, mangent makes you feel like unconfident, workings under pressure, absence of cultural enviornment, slow mental breakdown, favouritism.
