I love the Company Product Quality.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. There no on-job training for freshers & plant visit too, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. There is no yearly appraisal & Proper incentive for employees. No proper response from the HO Peoples & No support from the higher officers & dealers didn't get scheme CN & Gifts on time.
