Very excellent teammates have in SCCL, SCCL is inclining to take diversification to Solar energy and Thermal energy generation so lot of scope to get skill and Knowledge. but the no of mines are reducing and new mines openings are very few hence career growth is limited, in point of salary is in satisfactory level, all the mine areas are localised hence it is not required long travels. there is some political influence are now entering slow in mining administration so future it may influence the growth of industries, in view of work environment it is not a white collar job need to affected with out side atmosphere like heat, dust and noise. The work pressure is very High, promotion are getting very slow but compensation is in satisfactory level. working in day 12 to 16 Hours. Very one act as boss for me, lower officials not shown interest on environmental related works they think that it is not mine and treated as secondary
