Nothing to like, it is a place for harrasment of employees by the management, better to be unemployed than working at Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences.

Dislikes

The management only believes in torture of doctors, they have dictatorial policies and apply different rules to different employees of same category. They should be sued and brought to books and Mahant Devendra Dass should be jailed for fraud.

The only benefit of working here is you actually gain some skills job security as well

Dislikes

Work life balance is so poor, too much politics,difficult to work due to poor management , no proper salary appraisal and promotions ,there is no salary slab according to designation, notice period is 3 months and there terms and conditions are not upto the mark so I suggest think wisely before choosing this organisation.
