Manufacturing facilities. Skilled & semi skilled manpower. Marketing set up. Good design set up.

Dislikes

Poor management. Work ethics. Excessive review meetings. Imposing common strategies that doesn't suits each market segments. Very very limited freedom for expressing own views on a situation. Extremely poor on client response. Repetitive Failure on commitments.
