Best part is i get maximum support when it's comes to develop my individual skills and knowledge. My higher management encourages employees to learn new skills to cope up with current market compition. Also provide us a freedom of work and flexibility working our Extremely supportive management when it's comes up with uncertain situation at personal life. Friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

I only dislike one aspect its increment process.I felt that there is huge favouritism are going on for increment...i don't feel the given KRA is justified for my job profile.that is the only one thing i dislike about the company In same department with same work and almost same grades one is getting more then 35% of hike and another is getting just 5% of hike so..there is in group and out group are for monetary growth and apparition part...Read More
