Sgs dont have work life balance, they will say initially working days are monday to Friday, but the manager and team leads forced the junior to come on Saturday also, amd too much discrimination, too much politics, account manager dont know how to behave, and doing fraud with clients and condidates by forging the resumes internallyto get the submission target. And working hours is 9 hours but they will force you to work more than 9 hours, if u leave office at correct time then also manager will do the politics, u will only get the incentive in every 3 months. Conpany also has a Bond policy of 50000, so if any employee want to resign then manager and Hr will say to give 50000 and also u will not get the salary of notice period but u have to serve the notice period compulsary,...Read More

It was a tremendous journey with SGS no doubt i have worked under the best manager no doubt about it it was trully inspiring ritesh sir the country head was truely amazing one of the best HR Praveen sir one of the best boses utpal sir they all are truely supporting i love them all truely amazing persons they all supportive helped me to turn student into professional world.

Dislikes

Only listens to leads no value of recruiters if a lead is doing something wrong that is only the bad thing about it.
