Working in company like SEW gives complete freedom to go out there in the field and learn as much as you can and whatever you can. I am bit lucky that in start of my Career I have got this company as because of it I have learned various things professionally and even personally.

Dislikes

Increment is not there, you don't get appraisal easily you have to fight for it. Problem are not solved easily.
