Too much papers work, no support system

No job security You can be forwarded to resign on bank official. No matter how good your numbers. Lots of pressure, Extremely stressful environment. Will be accountable to bank and lots life both. Internal Politics at higher end. Working hours are not restricted to 9:30 to 6:30. You will have to work from 7:30 morning to 11:30 late night. It's normal work culture if you are talking care of bancasurance vertical. Random zoom meeting and concalls are way of life. You should be hyper active on WhatsApp to get short notice as much as 5 minutes short....Read More
