- The company has not hd any projects that have gone "Live" in the past 5 years. We suggest you check the company portfolio for further details. - It seems that the company, "Lala Company," is only interested in benefiting itself and is mainly focused on tax-saving benefits. - The company changes its team every 2 years and terminates the current employees. If you are already employed, we advise you not to consider joining this company. We were three individuals who left our respective companies to join this company, only to be fired later on. The management seems to lack direction, so we caution you to be wary of this kind of company. Please take the time to review the company's past records, especially in regards to the points mentioned above. We have also heard that the company has recently forced current employees to add positive reviews, so please keep this in mind....Read More

Excellent place to work as there is a perfect work-life balance along with exceptional growth opportunities. One can learn and develop new skills efficiently as seniors are very supportive. Apart from this, the company's culture is also good in terms of decent promotions and appraisals.

Dislikes

Cannot considered as a dislike but advice that the company can create a more interactive environment for better growth.
