Working environment is good and no politics or leg pulling you are free to do your assigned job

Dislikes

Overall company is good just need to do something to improve employees skills and arrange some trainings

Work Details

It is good experience to work in Searle it is much better than many organizations as it runs with proper system and the things fulfill on time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
