I had a disappointing experience with the pace of work at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences. The work environment was slow and inefficient, hindering productivity and progress. Tasks were often delayed, and deadlines were frequently missed. The management seemed disconnected from the workforce, failing to address the issues or provide adequate support. This led to frustration and demotivation among staff, ultimately affecting the quality of work. Communication was also inadequate, leading to confusion and misunderstandings. The lack of clear goals and expectations further exacerbated the problems. Overall, my experience with the pace of work at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences was subpar, and I hope that the institution takes steps to improve its efficiency and productivity. Poor Management and Unethical Practices I worked at [Saveetha medical College] for three years, and unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The management team prioritised their own interests over employee well-being, often delaying or withholding salaries. Furthermore, I witnessed fraudulent activities that compromised the organization's integrity. The salary structure was unfair, and staff were not compensated adequately for their hard work. This created a demotivating work environment, leading to low morale and high turnover rates. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can caution others about the organization's unethical practices and encourage management to reform their ways.
