As far as my profile was concerned, the Directors were directly involved where they made sure for seamless work. Also, management support was incredible throughout to make sure we were constantly learning and evolving by encouraging mistakes as a part of progressive learning curve for individuals as well as company, professional and polite attitude towards employees, making all arrangements and support on professional level. Since, my work profile was a bridge between accounting and sales department, colleagues from either departments were supportive and professional. Also, a lot of support was given during COVID times. Certain department have monopoly and work according to individuals who are not dynamic. Sometimes, differences between individuals working in a department or cross-departments put obstacles in working. Also, certain notions between HO & plant employees affected professionalism negatively. HR can be more approachable.

Looking after Debtor accounts in tandem with sales representatives and under guidance of the Management. Looking after Bills Receivables and Bank receipts. Performed fortnightly credit limit reviews and credit review requests from financial & sales team.
