1. Timely Salary most important. 2. Policy. If you eligible then It comes to you definitely. 3. Your single penny never get lost. 4. Your positive mindset is welcome. 5. Skill development training. 6. Health care training. 7. Annual health check 8. Insurance 7L (2parent+Emp+Wife+2 child) without any salary deduction.

Dislikes

1. Annual Increment is average. 2. Sometime it seems salary is stucked in one step. 3. WORKING in HZL mines is very tough due to local union and on roll employee (specially from other state) there are having very pathetic life at work. 4. Colleague politics are common everywere.
