Company is brand leader in this segment along with a huge potential in gypsum trade in year to come makes it more attractive and reliable for doing job .it is one of the oldest MNC.

Politics is prime along with favorotism .weak HR practices despite of many hr policies that company exhibits.Working culture is like orthodox typical Indian company lead by banias due to Indian people in top management in contrast to the culture what MNC have .old employes will serve here till retireme while the new enthusiast will be like migrants .
