Under paid Too much pressure Bad team work No frequent promotion and Perks and benifits Management not help u in any situation they just brag all the time. U have to work on weekends also or sometime force to work on weekends. Senior and manager treat you as a labour. The never support you .. What ever learn put efforts Never give you work from home in any situation Once i request my manager for WFH due to bad condition of health but the refuse to give wfh . There is traker and the want you to follow the tracker strictly. U can't take break due to traker .. You have to work 8 hours straight without break....Read More
