No motivation to for for...I agree salary should not be a factor to consider in teaching as they say we are prevelegde to work in so devine institution...but how much you work and happy with your teaching and you don't even think about salary or appraisal...but at the end of the month you need something to get motivated to work nextday. Here you will find honesty is not a best policy...how much you will show off that much you are efficient....and above all there is no respect for teachers. Can you imagine that here admin get all facilities but teachers don't even get water if they forgot to bring water from the home ...here tea, coffee is a big deal...you will never get a cup of hot water if you are unwell and you need it.
