The company is working for providing financial services like E-Returns and E-Services i am happy to serve E-Return service to customers. But this company's big fact is there is no salary growth but as compare to its salary i have gained more knowledge about E-Services so i never demand to increase my salary because i need to complete my experience with this company for my well future .

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

As compare to its work pressure salary level is very low . In due dates of a return i have to attend client late approximately my working hours in due dates is around 13 hours and ther is no extra payments for extra work as well as in due dates all employees have attend there clients in sundya also and you will get basic salary only.

In office generally i am attending the clients which is related to E-returns like income tax , GST ,TDS , Accounting (Average) etc.
