The Rx Propellant leadership comes with 30+ years’ combined experience in real estate and has been instrumental in conceptualization and development of Genome Valley (GV), Hyderabad as a part of the teams at Ernst & Young (E&Y) and Alexandria Real Estate Inc. What we do? We build world-class Lifesciences clusters by leveraging our expertise in real estate and deep understanding of the Lifesciences domain. We complement infrastructure with a range of ecosystem support services. • Infrastructure: We build state-of-the-art infrastructure tailored to address the needs of our partners. We have five projects in Genome Valley, Hyderabad - Touchstone Square - ARX - Innopolis - Genopolis - Nextopolis Additionally, we have a project in Bengaluru called 'BLR District' and two upcoming projects in Pune and Ahmedabad respectively.
