Runnr provides online on-demand food delivery for customers and hyperlocal delivery services for local merchants restaurants to deliver to customers in their locality. Provides an online dashboard for restaurant owners to track the status of each delivery on a map-based interface. Claims to provide its services on every day of the week including weekends. Piloted use of electric scooters fitted with internal GPS and in-built sensors for tracking speed, petrol usage and location (Aug 2015). Partnered with hyperlocal C2B messaging app LookUp to offer deliveries to local businesses who receive an order through LookUp (Sept 2015). Raised $7M in the second tranche of series B funding in Aug'16. Pivoted to on-demand food delivery service after the merger with TinyOwl in June 2016. Currently operational in Mumbai & Bangalore with 150+ restaurants on board. Launched RunnrMeals program in Nov'16 targeting corporate employees through which users can order curated meals from selected restaurants.
