1.Basic common facility are missing. Chaliyama steel plant side township is not good. Noise and air pollution are the companion of township. 2.If you not take room in plant side then you have to choose own accommodation in chaibasa. Only hra (JM/AM/DM- 3000) provided. Transportation facility is very bad. Company buses carries extramembers than their capacities. Maximum employees came at office in standing in bus. To join duty at 9 am, you take your bus at 8am. 3.No extratime work benifit. No extratime concession. Normal general duty atleast 9-10 hrs. If today you punch in at 9 am and punch out at 12 pm due to work you have allow for next day leave or half day leave. 4.Hr department is worst. No clear hr policies. In 2025 you have submit manual leave application. Hr Gm behuria is not perfect person to handle hr functions. 5.leave ( 30-Earned leave + 18- Sick leave). Maximum cases you haven't utilize your leave. Because higher authority can't grant leave. 6.No common facility in plant premises. Even drinking water not provide at plant premises. 7.No safety. Various accident takes places at site. Safety means only helmet, shoes. Last year atleast 30 persons died at site in accident in different places. 8.You have no ID card. Your safety shoe is only id card. At entry from gate security first saw your shoes. 9.Senior management is worst. Plant head Robin Banerjee is basically incapable person. He is not take care employee issues. He came at site at 8 pm at night and instruct juniors to stuck at site.Maximum time he came at site after 7pm of evening to disturb employees.He believes in 12-14 hrs works perday ( But OT not given, even evening tiffen, water not provide). After stuck at site on ward 8 pm you have to wait for next shift bus. He is totally frustrated, iogistics, nonsense type material. If senior person doing well, Robin banerjee kick them. 10.Agm and above persons are allowed for company private cars. Below postions are only allowed in bus. At end of work at 8 pm you wait for bus for 2hrs, senior takes company private. If you join below AGM post please arrange your personal vehicle otherwise you can't perform....Read More
