You will get some time pass activities to keep your brain wash. Flexible timing. (Some staff are coming at 11:30 am and sleeping up to 10 pm.)

Dislikes

RSM, Surat is the only one consulting firm where you will not get laptop for your work at client side. You have to use your personal laptop. You will not get mail id also. Company has the policy to provide common mail id after 3 months. RSM stand at 6th position in top 10 audit firms there is no basic facilities. Here you will get 11 inch desktop (if only after anyone left from RSM ) where you can't read mail also. Very low salary as compare to other audit firms. You will get only RSM brand. If you are joining in RSM please be ready to suicide within 6 months....Read More
