All team mate and seniors are actually very supportive and cooperative. They understand your issues and support on the same as requires.

Dislikes

Cross department interaction is not very good. Not arranging any monthly/ quaterly departmental get together, So that staff can interact with each other very well which helps to work smoothly at one place as a team.
