No motivational toursor activities No get together among all or branch level employees No clubs or tours for field team member against their yearly achieivement No incentives for back-end staff No sharing for all team members against big project sales, only sales member is considered. No beneficial policy for all staff members, only consider sales member except health insurance.

Not much to like as tenure was 2 months.

Dislikes

Branch head is highly insecure and mentally ill. He is not letting company grow. Make fake promises at interview and demotivates so much that employee leaves and he is showing to company that only he is working. These kind of people are termites to company. Upper managememt and HR is blind.
