- Good Company Culture - People are ready to help you out - You get ownership of the project if you really want to - You get freedom to put your own suggestions and inputs

Dislikes

- Work life balance is good but can be structured in much more better way, specially for the people who are far living from their hometown. For them the 11 days policies to come office do not benefit much unlike people residing in Chennai. Policy can be designed in such a way that all the employees get equally benefitted.

I like the abundant learning opportunity I get by working in various financial aspects of the organization. I also enjoy the collaborative work environment.

Dislikes

While the work environment is generally favourable, there are occasional challenges being faced with regard to workload balancing. I'm sure the challenges are faced as any organization grows.
