Dislikes

The company culture is highly toxic, with evident favoritism that affects growth opportunities. The work environment lacks professionalism, especially among senior management, making it difficult to work collaboratively. Poor leadership and biased decision-making create a demotivating atmosphere, impacting overall employee morale.
