-Both Father and Son are ill Manered they don't know how to talk with employees..Both are famous for using bad words against employee and fire employees within a second even on sily mistake -All local staff working here are ill literate and both Father and son listen to them only.. - No management in company ... Whole company looks like a scrape yard(kabad khana) -Worst politics ever you imagine. All local employees are Chamcha's of father and Son. -They even Cut your salary and do not pay you even after you serve notice period. -No safety and HR policy is their -They fire people even when the employee injured in company or ill due to chemical exposure. -Here HR will call you for job offer and if you say that company had bad reviews.. they will mis lead and mis guide you by saying that everything is now changed. But belive me all points I have written is 100% true -All vendors and suppliers are afraid to do work with ROHAN DYES. Because ROHAN DYES will not pay for theirs work or Supplies. -Only local people dadagiri and chamchagiri -Even if they give you 200% hike .please don't go because they will fire employee within a month or max three month. -...Read More

There is knowledge should be increasing due low manpower. I have know about only production before this but here I learn basic of maintenance and electrical.

There environment is not good for working less people and work results gets more by owner.
