Very Good Company to work, learn and grow. Top management values their employees and job is secured so employess can focus on only work. MD & Chairman is a very kind hearted and pure soul with god gifted talent who not only know how to grown in just a short span of 5 years, but also provides a shelter to a lot of cows in gaoushala. As this is run by PHD holder owner, so education is always honoured by the company. Once, you get onboard / hired you will feel yourself from your inner soul to work with integrety and loyality to do something good for the company. Dislikes

Not as such because though turnover is low as compared to DENSO , Samsung, LG but it's work culture and system mannual is as good as like the big MNCs. Anyways, it's a growing turnover company with a lot of plants in Noida and baddi. This is opening 1 new plant every year.
