It's a steel plant satiated in district Unnao UP. Salary structure is not well as for commercial post but overall learning experience is great. I had worked in 4 years tenuar from 2003 to 2007 as a fresher in store & purchase department & learn lot of things on ground level .

Dislikes

Poor management approach & not to equily development chance for every employee. Salary structure is also very poor.

I learned & delivery my best in store & purchase .Also received good feedback from management about my job. This is my first job . They give me a on job training it's helpful to handle any type of saturation in my carrier .

Work timings: Strict Timings
