I dont like anything about this organisation.

Actually I joined this organisation in October 2022 and I left 5 August 2023. My official notice period is 60 days. As I discussed with HR they agreed for notice period byout option. But they mentioned my last working day as per policy (60days) on reliance BGV portal as well on reliving letter and still they demanding me for recovery amount which is 26000 Approximate. I was joined another organisation on 7th August 2023. Now I facing reliving date issue because it's overlap with next organisation which was I joined on 7th August 2023 and affected on my background verification process. I didn't get any job deu to this issue my candidature drop due to this issue. This is really effected on my mental health and personal career growth. Because I have to pay EMI and financial condition is very bad. Because I haven't any job now. I am getting mental harrassment by this organisation. If I take any wrong decision in this situation reliance industries and and HR team will be responsible for that. If anyone thinking to join this organisation. I request them please don't do that because here is no safe work place and here no garranty of your present and future personal as well as professional growth.
