I had high hopes when I first joined this organization, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment from start to finish. The staff seems untrained and uninterested in actually helping. I reached out for assistance multiple times and each interaction felt more like a chore for them than a genuine attempt to resolve my issue. On top of that, the quality of their service/product is subpar at best. It feels like they’re more interested in pushing out quantity than delivering anything of real value.
