There was no proper induction from HR side so it was very difficult for me to understand the company policy is and other things like incentive structure and everything I have taken 2 months to understand the incentive structure because it was very complex it was not just one parameter that you will get an incentive if you achieve the target no it was not like that there were number of parameters involved. I wish if they could have given me more or training sessions or proper induction programs so I would have understand the policies and everything in a better way... but took two three months to understand everything by own.....Read More
