Poor Management, blaming to employees, politics in head office and staff employees, the judge book by its cover Lo working hour call you from 3AM also, at 7 a.m. we are going to the site and after 10 p.m. after all when we finished the taking meeting after 11 o'clock and 12 o'clock.

Dislikes

Waste management, bad staff culture, did not see actual problem they only criticize the employees which are working on site, data management problem, transportation problem, the company never appreciate the employees which are working day and night, and also is never giving PF numbers to her employees which are working from whole year, no CTC, no bonus, no increments, company appoint 3 project managers for one project but no one can completed it, due to bad management from head office....Read More

Work Details

My work life in Rudra technokcrats was disaster, they appoint me as a Assistant QC engineer but the turn into a supervisor and hi demand for data sheets, cash expense ledger and diesel report with log sheet and expense amount of diesel in daily basis.
