I am having a great time working at Ratna Sagar P. Ltd. It is a company with good quality products, and supportive and innovative teams. The upper management is easily approachable. Sometimes the workload gets too much due to tight deadlines but overall the job is satisfactory and pays well. Dislikes

The work gets too heavy during peak season, the office is located in a very crowded area in Mukherjee Nagar, there is no parking space, building is old and there is no cafeteria. Non veg food is not allowed in the office. There is no medical room. For most teams it is a desk job and no work from home opportunities, the timings are very strict, arriving late to the office can lead to half day.

Ratna Sagar has a friendly a supportive work environment where colleagues help each other and teamwork is valued. Employee get to learn about different areas of publishing, edition, and content development. It is a good place to improve skills and offers job stability. The workload is usually manageable.

Dislikes

It is a good place to learn, but growth in the company is slow. The salary is not always enough for the work. The company has strict rules and fixed timings, which can sometimes delay decision-making. There is no cafeteria.
