Worst place to work. No work life balance at all. Above all the culture of QI spine is spoiled by few people. They dont believe in equality they belive in politics which is seriously very bad for someone who actually want to work. There is no job security, incase if you fall ill or some mishappe happen they don't care at all they can fire you then nd there or forces you to come at any cost. Not good place to work. If I need to recommend any patient i don't think twice but if I need to recommend any doctor to Qi spine i'll think ten times...Read More

About learning and growth prospective it amazing,seniors doc. Helps in training knowledge development Good Apraisals All depends on Process

Dislikes

But work culture is not good internal politics favouritism by CH to their team members ,work stress is there but more of PRE( patient counselor) domination over doc. They don't know how to talk to the doctors anger issue and by multiple reminder no actions taken by internal people CH So i will recommend better to work some other branch of QI Delhi not in noida branch
