When bhavnoor sir directly interacts with employee his suggestion and guidance are very helpful and appreciated however when he is not directly involved the management seems to lack balance leading to a less effective working environment.

Dislikes

I had a disappointing experience working with this company over the past 8.5 years. There is a lack of proper rules and regulations and employees hard work and effort are not valued. The behaviour of the backend management and their team is also unprofessional,which adds to the overall dissatisfaction.

ummm, they will hire 0 team members and you will have to do all the work solo, hence you learn out the art of multi-tasking

Dislikes

Forget that you will get any appraisal, any incentive, Its almost 1 year and my last salary due is still pending, Sad HR team, employee changes faster than 1 season intake, a lot of politics included, no holidays, just work monday to sat, 9 - 6 with, 30 mins lunch break, NO PF, No Insurance, No employee benefit.
