Work place and environment and culture is good, manager and colleagues are very supportive on site. Company HR department is very active and gives quick response. Product or plant training is very good. Employees training is conducted time to time yearly.

No, overall company working environment is good.

The job is good and challenging. The first year of job is quite tuff due to new in this product. When the experience has to be come and learn more at site aboute products, the things are going on easy.
